Workshops @ IICF : Overview

The Workshops at IICF workshop is a space where you can immerse yourself in the world of coffee with some world-renowned coffee specialists as they host informative talks, tastings, demos and hands-on sessions. The 2013 workshops covered a range of topics such asat IICF have something for everybody - you could be a coffee professional, an amateur, a connoisseur of coffee or even one who wants to experiment with coffee. Skill Building workshops promise exciting learning sessions and more.

The Workshops will focus on:

  • Processing
  • Brewing
  • Roasting
  • Milk Texturing & Latte art 
  • Cooking with coffee

These workshops will be conducted by experienced instructors and experts from respective fields. It will be an opportunity to train under the masters, get hands on experience and interact with the specialists.

Modules have been designed to educate and train the participating coffee professionals & aficionados to build their knowledge base and skill sets beneficial for coffee businesses, professional development and personal enjoyment.
